Return Policy

I don’t want this product anymore can I send it back?

 Yes, you are welcome to return the product/s within 5 days of receiving the items. Unfortunately we will however only accept products for return that are still in their original unopened packaging.  You will also have to pay to have them couriered or posted back to us, but as soon as we receive the products we will issue you a credit note.  We do provide as much details on our products and the ingredients used, so we will not return the product if you just ‘simply feel’ it does not work for you or you have an allergic reaction. Therefore we encourage our customers to read through the ingredient lists provided on the single product pages. View our Disclaimer for more info.


My products got damaged in transit

If your products are broken or damaged please contact us and let us know immediately so that we can ensure the situation is rectified.  Please do take a photo of the damaged item/s so that we can make sure to improve on the way we package our items.  We will however replace your damaged goods only if it was damaged during transit.


My order is late will I get a refund

Unless the reason for your order being late is due to us not dispatching it on time, you will need to take the following into consideration; Adverse weather, closed roads, strikes, etc. could prolong the delivery time.  This is rare but it can and does happen, so ‘late’ delivery is not a ground for a refund or cancellation of the order.  However if your order has not been delivered after the estimated times we provide then please contact us with your order number and we can follow up on the matter.


Please take note that refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and will be processed within 4 working days.
